Great trail shoe - I bought these for a trip to Hawaii where
we hiked in the rain and on muddy trails nearly every day for
2 1/2 weeks. I did order it in a Narrow, but even in N, it was
a little roomy in the heel. However, with socks I got a great
fit right out of the box. By the way, I don't normally wear
narrows, but I'm glad I ordered it that way, the M would've
been huge! These shoes give great traction when the bottom
gets wet, but when I knew we were going on hikes through
streams, I wore my Ecco Pacifics which have unbelievable
drainage. The Dunhams were comfortable all day, no blisters,
and at the end of a 7 -8 mile summit trip still felt great. I
know these are for the water, but I haven't actually soaked
them yet, so it's hard to say how they'll feel wet with no
socks. I will definitely be wearing these shoes a lot and will
buy this brand again. Also see
