New Adidas 2G6 Superstars - Similar comfort to recent newer 2G
series shoes with regards to the upper. The shoe is more
breathable through the tongue area and directly under the
arches. I bought mine in the summer time so that was a good
treat when in combination with ClimaCool socks. I bought mine
for lounging, but from a college Basketball athlete's
perspective. Additions on this shoe include a much needed
adiprene + in the front of the shoe. And the rubber extends
further out in the front of the shoe. The shoe shouldn't tip
over as easy on hard cuts. Traction should be pretty good. I’m
more a fan of regular old herringbone. Watch out for the high
top version in patent leather. I think the patent leather high
top version of Superstars/ProModels increase stability. When
in combination with the breathability of this shoe. Watch out.
I would have liked to see adiprene in the heel. That would
have set the value of the shoe off the charts.
